When you find a teacher that you believe would be a good match for your school and you are interested in hiring, we will arrange an interview between you and the applicant.

2. Full assistance: Morgan Recruiting assists our client schools in all aspects of the hiring process including screening interviews with prospective teachers, arranging interviews between the applicant and the school, visa application assistance, help with flight arrangements, greeting new teachers at the airport and post-arrival support.

3. Advertising: Morgan Recruiting takes care of all your advertising needs by advertising for teachers for you.

4. Follow-up checks: Morgan Recruiting conducts regular follow-up checks with our client schools to determine their satisfaction with both our services and their teacher. Through these checks we aim to improve your overall satisfaction with our services.

5. 90-day guarantee: Morgan Recruiting has a 90-day guarantee on all teacher placements, so that should a teacher quit within the first 90 days, we will find a replacement teacher free of charge or return our fee in full.
